AVCHD UpShift

Use AVCHD UpShift to batch convert your AVCHD originated footage into high bitrate MPEG .m2t files, then edit them easily on any HD / MPEG2 capable NLE. AVCHD UpShift decodes your footage once, so your NLE doesn’t have to do the heavy lifting.

AVCHD UpShift

AVCHD UpShift is convenient and easy to use. Just choose the files you want to convert and select one of several conversion presets. Add your files and set your destination folders. While you start work on the next phase of your project, AVCHD UpShift transcodes your AVCHD media into high quality .m2t files

You even have the option of customizing the conversion parameters to your liking and the option to read files directly off your camera media.

Giving you complete control over the bitrate, number of keyframes, and the GOP size, and offering the ability to change your interlacing method during the conversion process, AVCHD UpShift provides "set it and forget it" functionality to increase your productivity and help you get the job done that much faster.

In summary, AVCHD UpShift:

  • Converts AVCHD (.mts) files into high quality MPEG (.m2t) files.
  • Allows user-selectable bitrate.
  • Converts files for best speed, best quality, or a combination of both.
  • Batch-convert AVCHD files directly from the MSPD, CF, SDHC, CF cards, or DVD/HDD-based camcorder storage.

Make those painful AVC files faster, easier, or even just plain possible with AVCHD UpShift.
