With Cartoonr Plus I still get the popup when I run my Cartoonr projects!

Cartoonr Plus, from the Paint Effects collections, has enhanced features and is designed to replace the free Cartoonr plugin. As such, when you then open a video project that uses Cartoonr, make sure to replace the Cartoonr plugin with the more powerful Cartoonr Plus effect. This will give you better painting and drawing and… no more popup.
