New & Improved Knowledgebase and Technical Support

We’re pleased to introduce a new, revamped Knowledgebase for NewBlueFX designed to support your product issues and questions. We’ve reorganized our support articles so that you can find help easily. For example, each article now displays the host platform and subject in the title. We’ve also included a search function that allows you to search by either NLE or NewBlueFX product.

In addition to the Knowledgebase, we continue to offer our Help Ticket system which allows you to track your specific inquiries and responses. Plus, our Software Update page has the latest information about NewBlueFX products. Downloading and installing these files will automatically update your plugins to the latest version. We invite you to experience the new Support section at www.newbluefx.com.
