Normally, if you need to reinstall for any reason, the product registration key remains active in your computer and the product will be automatically unlocked with the new installation. However,if you have somehow managed to wipe the registry or are moving to a new computer, then you will need the original license key. When you first purchased the product, either directly or through the in product activation mechanism, we would have sent you a license key via email. If you have lost this, please use our Help Ticket system to request a copy of the key.
