Question: Where can I get Titler Pro?
Answer: Titler Pro comes bundled with Sony Vegas Pro 11 but soon you’ll be able to purchase Titler Pro for other NLEs.
If you’ve purchased or upgraded to Sony Vegas Pro 11, your product would have come with an activation key for NewBlue Titler Pro. You’ll be able to download the Titler Pro installation file at www.newbluefx.com/so/sonytitlerpro/.
If you are looking to purchase a full copy of Titler Pro from NewBlue you’ll be happy to know that we’re releasing a version of Titler Pro for all the major NLEs. Simply sign up on www.newbluefx.com/so/titler-pro-demo/ and we’ll send an email once Titler Pro is available (late 2011).
Question: How do I create Stereoscopic titles in Sony Vegas Pro 11?
Answer: For your Vegas project, go to ’File’ - ‘Properties’. Once you are in ‘Properties’, choose the ‘Stereoscopic 3D’ mode that you desire and click ‘Okay’. Your Vegas project is now ready for 3D. Now, go to the ‘Video FX’ library, find ‘NewBlue Titler Pro’ and apply it to your desired event. Any movements you make through keyframing or animations with ‘Position Z’ will be in 3D.
