Question: I ordered my NewBlueFX on disc. How long do I have to wait for my software to arrive?
Answer: Well the good news is, if you’ve got an Internet connection, you don’t have to wait at all! Simply download your plugin collection from the Downloads Page. In fact, you can download our software any time you need to update, re-install, or try a plugin. Otherwise, it typically takes 7-10 business days for your software discs to arrive by mail. If your cd does not arrive within 3-4 weeks, you will need to contact eSellerate. For questions about the CD delivery, please send an e-mail to eCD@esellerate.net. Since eSellerate handles all sales and CD shipments, they can figure out why the CD may not have arrived.
