Q: I just upgraded to a new version of my NLE and I no longer see your plugins. How do I get them back?
A: If you’re having trouble seeing our plugins in a new version of your NLE, you may need to reinstall the plugins. In some cases, it may even be necessary to download a newer version of our plugins. In fact, it never hurts to upgrade to the most current version.
For example, if you were using our plugins in EDIUS 5 and recently upgraded to EDIUS 6, you will need to download the new installers from our download page. Then, during the installation process, be sure to select EDIUS 6.
