Problem: I am very interested in buying one of your products but want to try it first. Do you have a trial version I can use?
Answer: Yes we do. In fact, all of our downloads are both trials and the full release version. You simply activate the trial by entering your serial number.

Problem: Unable to verify that Sony Vegas has installed the NewBlue Audio Effects plug-ins.
Answer: You will need to verify Vegas has installed the Plug-ins:
Problem: In Pinnacle Studio the audio watermark is still displayed even after the product is activated.
Answer: To fix this watermark issue you will need to download and install the fix file.
Problem: My NLE doesn’t see the audio VST plugins.
Answer: When installing the audio plugins, you simply choose the appropriate NLE during the installation process exactly the same way as installing the video effects. If the AudioFX VSTs are intended to be accessible and used in several different programs, you can install them multiple times - once for each application.
Problem: Need to remove NewBlueFX effects from the Mac.
Answer: You have to follow a different process for each different application on your Mac.
