Problem: A dialog opens every time you try to activate your NewBlue plugins explaining that it is trying to update the eSellerate software, but it never gets any further.

Answer: Download and run the proper patch found by doing the following:

1. Go to http://shopper.esellerate.net/
2. Click on “Downloads” in the center of that page
3. Click on “Engine Updater for Windows” or “Engine Updater for Mac OS X” and follow the instructions in that file.

This will update the eSellerate eCommerce software, which is used to manage our purchases and activations.
