Problem: Occasionally, the installation process appears to be “stuck”.
Answer: Please be patient. You may need to wait for a few minutes but the installer will eventually complete the installation process.

Problem: After installing a NewBlue plugin, it shows up in the NLE, but it draws the NewBlueFX logo over the video frame.
Answer: You must activate the product to take it out of trial mode and remove the NewBlueFX logo. To activate, run the “Manage Activation” application that is installed along with the plugin. You can find this application from the Windows Start menu.
